Local authorities in Australasia, Norway or the USA and Canada may charge import duty, which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange any item bought from us please return it unused in the same condition in which it was supplied. Please enclose a copy of your order summary or receipt stating which item (including the size) of the same value you would like us to send you instead.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. We cannot exchange any goods if you do not retain proof of postage.
We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 days for this.

RETURNING GOODS OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
You can return these items to us at the above address for a full refund.

7 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU ONLY)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
